I adore Magic, my partner can’t stand it. We got Mood Swings today and I persuaded him to try it; he really appreciated the lower mental load and faster pace and had a lot of fun with it, and I still enjoyed the general Magic-esque gameplay pattern. Very nice to have a way we can both enjoy a game like this.

Are small/medium sized sets (i.e. The Hobbit, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Spider-Man) exclusively a Universes Beyond thing or should we expect the possibility of seeing Magic Universe based small/medium sized sets in the future?

If an effect is in a color in magic, it’ll be in the same color in mood swings, right? What if an effect appears in mood swings first, then later in magic? Would you try to keep the color consistent in that case as well?

A comment, then a question. Firstly, thank you for persevering with Mood Swings. I just ordered my 3 deck boxes, hoping for maximum distribution and minimal duplicates. (5 seemed too many, 2 or less not enough) Now- I don’t recall seeing anything about it, but do cards in Mood Swings have different rarities?
